Knoxville Catering aka The Truckin’ chef had the pleasure of catering for Muse and Metric at the U.S. Bank Arena on the banks of the Ohio River located in Cincinnati, OH. These British rockers brought their North American Fall Tour to the U.S. Bank Arena on October 11th with special guests Metric.

WOW! Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax are still banging heads! Knoxville Catering had the pleasure of catering these bands at the Knoxville Civic Coliseum on September 30th. We got to witness all of their fans raising devil’s horns into the air!
Luke Bryan’s 2010 Farm Tour

Knoxville Catering aka The Truckin’ Chef had the pleasure to cross the beautiful state of Georgia with Luke Bryan catering for his 2010 Farm Tour. Rumor has it that Luke had so much fun playing farms and barns last year that he wanted to do it again this year! We had the pleasure of joining them in Valdosta, GA, Statesboro, GA, Carrollton, GA and Macon GA on September 28, 29, 30 and October 1st. We really enjoyed working with you guys!! Thanks!!
Crosby, Stills, & Nash

Knoxville Catering & Special Events had the honor to cater for Crosby, Stills & Nash at the beautiful, historical Tennessee Theatre Monday, September 20th. This legendary trio of singer-songwriters David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash have been collaborating since 1969. They first started harmonizing in Joni Mitchell’s living room and Mama Cass Elliot’s dining room. We have catered for them in Asheville, NC and Charleston, SC and it was great to work with them in our hometown.
Meghan Smith-Campbell and Gareth Smith Wedding Reception

Knoxville Catering & Special Events had the honor to cater Meghan Smith-Campbell and Gareth Smith’s wedding reception at the Lily Barn located in Townsend, TN Saturday, September 18th. What a beautiful reception decorated in brown and khaki along with edible centerpieces and even an Elvis impersonator. Wow! What fun! This couple showed their guests that vegans can eat really delicious food too! Everyone kept coming back for seconds.

Wow! What fun! Knoxville Catering aka The Truckin’ Chef had the pleasure to cater for Buckcherry at the Cherokee Survivor’s Motorcycle Rally & Concert located in the beautiful hills of Cherokee, NC. The Cherokee Indians were the first to be charmed by the natural beauty of the mountains, fresh flowing streams and rivers, and clear blue sky in what they called “Land of the Blue Smoke”, or Smoky Mountains as we know them today. It was cool that we got to hook up with ”Crow” the MC of the motorcycle rally and also the Shaman of the Cherokee tribe.
