Shawn Hines, owner, has been hitting the road with his catering act the past six years. The Truckin’ Chef, our rock ’n’ roll tour catering company, has been on the road with performers like Alison Krauss, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Willie Nelson and pretty much hit every state east of the Mississippi and as far north as Pennsylvania. We’re not new, we’ve been around taking care of the nicest people. Rock and rollers can get registered chefs all over the country, but they pay our outfit in Knoxville, Tenn. to travel there. Obviously we have great food, but it’s the great service that draws those tour clients. We make everyone feel comfortable and take care of everybody.
